Friday Feast ~ Bruschetta with Blue Cheese and Honey

To honor my hero and heroine, I’m sharing a verra simple recipe that includes their favorite…honey! They both share a fondness for this sweet treat.

Bruschetta with Blue Cheese and Honey

1 baguette loaf, cut into slices

¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

8-10 ounces Blue Cheese

3 tablespoons honey

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Arrange the baguette slices on a baking sheet. Brush with olive. Bake until the bread is pale, about 8 minutes.

Arrange the cheese on the toasts and bake until the cheese is melted, about 3 minutes.

Drizzle the toasts with honey and serve.
